Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Service

ThinkPDFAI provides digital AI-powered PDF services. Delivery is digital. No physical goods are supplied.

2. EU/UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are an EU or UK consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase unless digital performance has begun.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may receive a full refund if: • A written cancellation request is received within 14 days of purchase; and • No services have been consumed; and • No digital outputs have been accessed

Once digital performance has begun, your right of withdrawal is forfeited.

4. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not granted if: • Services have been used • Outputs have been downloaded or accessed • The 14-day period has expired • Fraud or abuse is suspected • A chargeback has already been initiated without contacting support

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be: • Issued to the original payment method • Processed within 14 days of approval

7. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, contact us. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to: • Account suspension • Loss of access • Submission of evidence to payment processors

8. Exceptional Circumstances

We may issue refunds outside these conditions in cases of billing errors, duplicate payments, or technical issues preventing delivery.
