1. Service Description
ThinkPDFAI provides AI-powered PDF solutions including conversion, editing, merging, and document automation tools. Services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent.
3. Plans & Pricing
Credit Pack — €24.99 (One-time payment, 5 credits) - Non-renewing, one-time purchase - 5 credits included (1 credit = 1 action) - Credits never expire - Access to all PDF AI tools
Note: This is a one-time payment with no subscriptions or automatic renewals.
4. Payment
We accept: • Credit/debit cards • Apple Pay • Google Pay
All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers. We do not store full payment credentials.
5. Digital Content & Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK)
By purchasing and using the Service, you: • Request immediate access to digital services • Acknowledge that delivery begins once services are accessed • Understand that your right of withdrawal may be lost once performance has begun
6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or abuse.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, AI systems, content, and branding are owned by Pepperose LTD or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use the Service for illegal activity • Attempt to bypass usage limits • Initiate fraudulent chargebacks • Abuse refund processes
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent purchase. Nothing limits liability for: • Death or personal injury from negligence • Fraud • Any legally non-excludable liability
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain mandatory local rights where applicable.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updates.
